Workbenches and Router Tables

 

Heartwood Projects supplies bespoke woodworking workbenches and router tables.

The design is done on a 3D CAD system to ensure that precise fitting is achieved. The router adapter plates are typically 3D printed out of PLA plastic to ensure the fitment of the router. If required, the router plate can then be machined out of aluminium and anodized to various colours. Construction  of the router tables and workbenches is achieved through the use of mortise and tenon joints.

Bespoke fingerboards and knobs are also manufactured to customer requirements.

These can be either 3D printed or machined from aluminium or wood.
